Sales Assistant

**Duties**:

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential customers
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

**Skills**:

- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating discounts or commissions
- Upselling techniques to persuade customers to purchase additional products or services
- Multilingual abilities to cater to a wider range of customers
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Strong selling skills to promote products or services effectively

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
