Job Purpose

As part of Redcentrics Cloud Services Group, this role will join a delivery team of forward-thinking and experienced individuals primarily focussed on building or migrating customer platforms to Azure and ensuring a successful handover for their ongoing operation and evolution. The role will involve implementation support, mentoring and training of engineers, and working closely with customer-facing teams to continually evolve our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the delivery team to understand and where appropriate migrate customer services to Azure, including technology selection, proof of concept, migration, and ongoing evolution.
- Working in, or supporting, implementation teams on Azure migration projects and managed service onboarding.
- Technical support and mentoring for Azure migration and Managed Service opportunities.
- Lead technical teams through the delivery of projects and/or into Managed Services.
- Seeking out new technologies and features and introducing those that deliver additional value.
- Presenting to customer, stakeholders and senior management, at an appropriate level for the audience, how technical solutions deliver business value.

What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with a range of Azure services in production environments - primarily the compute, networking, storage, database, security and IAM, and management tools service groups.
- Solid understanding of DevOps and related principles, and demonstrable experience with complex CI/CD implementations and IAC tools.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Appropriate Microsoft certifications.
- Proven experience of design and deployment of production solutions on Azure.
- Capable and confident with complexity and the unfamiliar.
- Focused on results and outcomes.
- Inclusive leadership style.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and use it to develop and improve approach.
