We are a highly ambitious, stealth mode start-up looking for a Chief Technical Officer to lead the company through the next stages of growth. Up until now, Pairly has been developed by a professional agency based here in the UK and continues to be bootstrapped.We are now looking to develop an in-house product team beginning with a full time CTO.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a bonafide leader to guide the founders and their team through the next phase of growth. This is a broad role where you’ll be able to shape the direction of the technology and ensure that we have the best people and processes in placeto achieve our ambitious goals.

**What you will do**
- Develop a technical strategy that will fast track Pairly’s innovation into a reality.
- Work closely with the founders to identify and implement sophisticated solutions to complex problems
- Develop strategic partnerships and manage critical client relationships from first phase pilots to scale
- Be a Leader who can source, attract, train and exploit the best tech talent, creating a culture with innovation at its core.
- Continuously keep Pairly ahead of the curve through innovative technologies and tooling.

**Our requirements**
- You have history or working as a CTO or leading tech teams
- You have experience working with PHP, Craft CMS, MySQL
- You have significant experience in fast-growth environments
- Experience in complex technical environments involving large amounts of data
- You have a track record of building high performance teams
