**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding hospitality and ensuring that all dining needs are met. This position requires a passion for food and service, with the ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using basic maths skills to process transactions efficiently.
- Upsell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area throughout service hours, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential; extra training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
- A basic understanding of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
