Kitchen Porter

£11.05 per hour

We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to work at Sky Studios.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**
- To complete duties in the kitchen and service areas as directed that are necessary to ensure an efficient, hygienic service is provided.
- To transport all food items, cleaning materials and laundry from the delivery area to kitchen storerooms and to kitchen preparation areas as required.
- Responsible for the cleaning of delivery areas, storerooms, walk in fridges, kitchen equipment etc.
- To operate all heavy equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Responsible for the correct disposal and any recycling of all rubbish.
- Checking deliveries and assisting with stock take as required
- Assisting at other local units if needed
