**What you’ll be doing**
- You will be providing secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Directors of NHBC.
- Dealing with many aspects of NHBC’s Pride in the Job (PIJ) campaign, including updating the app, monitoring changes and dealing with general enquiries.
- Be willing to travel to other parts of the UK on an occasional basis, with notice.
- Assist in the organisation of local PIJ judging tours of sites for Regional Directors and their external judges. This would include an itinerary, hotels, flights, trains, restaurants etc.
- Work independently and in collaboration with the NHBC Events team in the organisation of designated events such as Build for Tomorrow, Quality Partnerships, Forum Seminars, PIJ etc.
- Proactively book meetings on behalf of the Regional Directors, screen correspondence and telephone calls responding appropriately
- Organise and record action points at monthly Regional Director meetings and other meetings when required.
- Take a principle role in contributing to and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Oscar) on behalf of the Regional Directors.
**What we are looking for**:
- Similar experience in another role.
- Experience of minute taking and producing comprehensive documents from these notes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within NHBC and with external customers and suppliers.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise a demanding workload.
- Self-motivated and forward thinking.
- Full UK driving license and willing to travel.
