**About Us**:
Peartree Serviced Apartments is a luxury city centre apartment hotel for short and long term visitors to Salisbury. We are one of the top ranked hotels in the area and are looking for someone to join our small team and help make us an even better place to stay and work.

We are currently looking for someone to fill the role of General Assistant in the housekeeping team.

**Hours**:
The job will initially be for 2 - 3 days/ shifts a week (each shift is 4 hours per day).

There is some flexibility with days of the week that can be worked, however it will include weekends.

The hours will be 9:30 - 13:30 on weekdays, and 10:30 - 14:30 on weekends

There is the possibility for more hours in future for the right staff members.

**About the Job**:

- Daily housekeeping of apartments on the Peartree site to a very high standard. This will include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens, ovens, bathrooms and toilets.
- Our apartments all include kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. You will be expected to work both on your own and with other housekeepers to complete regular daily cleaning and thorough deep cleaning.
- Our housekeeping staff are the face of our business where your friendliness, and professionalism are a key part of what makes our guests stay with us.
- Additional duties will include activities such as flipping mattresses, setting up foldout beds, the safe use of cleaning products, setting up breakfast items, cleaning the communal areas of the building, and litter picking.
- We expect all our staff to help maintain and foster a pleasant and supportive working environment. We want Peartree to be somewhere our staff are proud and happy to work.
- We don’t require you to have prior housekeeping experience but attention to detail and reliability are extremely important.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: £10.25 per hour
