HR Coordinator

We have an urgent requirement for an exceptional HR Co-Ordinator to join our team based in London. You will work as part of a small HR team providing first-line administrative support mostly covering operational generalist HR activities with some exposure to recruitment, talent and development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day operational activities involved in the employee life cycle (onboarding, off-boarding, changes to terms) across UK, EMEA and US including associated administration;
- Being the first point of contact for HR queries and provide effective HR support to resolve employee queries;
- Accurate and timely maintenance of HRIS (Cascade HR);
- Maintenance of HR MI and provision of accurate HR monthly and ad hoc reporting in Excel;
- Support the annual performance cycle including heavy involvement in compensation review, providing detailed reporting and analysis in Excel;
- Supporting with ER cases - advising managers on informal matters and overseeing investigations;
- Ad-hoc project work such as revamp of induction programme; study sponsorship policy review; employment screening supplier assessment, Et al;
- Payroll input and checking of reports.
- Must be able to manage and organise a demanding workload within strict deadlines, in a busy and fast-paced office environment
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel skills (vlookup; pivot-tables; formulas);
- Previous experience working as an HR Administrator/Coordinator with experience working with HR systems is essential;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills;
- Comfortable working across all levels in the organisation.
