**Senior Recruitment Consultant - Flexible / Hybrid Working | £30-40k base + generous commission (OTE £60-80k)**

Intelligent People Ltd is looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at our St Albans office.

Intelligent People is a boutique agency and the market leader placing Product Managers and Marketing specialists within the Tech and Consumer Sectors. Our consultants are all functional specialists and gain the benefit of being able to cross-sell into an existing client base as well as receive a high level of qualified, inbound roles.

We offer full training on our market and functional specialisms, and you will further be given existing Clients to manage and a fair share of inbound to help you build out your desk. In addition, we will help you identify a target market to develop your profile and win Executive Search assignments.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant must have:

- Excellent verbal and written English language skills - you’ll be a great communicator
- 2 years + successful recruitment experience
- The desire to win and deliver high value contingency and executive search assignments
- Confident with business development, proactive and a self-starter

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be expected to perform a 360* role and develop new business, although in the short term there is sufficient inbound for delivery to be the focus.
