**Overview**

As an Instore Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service at all times. You will be trained in all aspects of this area within our stores; this is a varied position as you will not only be taking orders from our customers via telephone, preparing pizza boxes and ensuring our customers meet a friendly face when visiting our stores, but you will also be responsible for creating our beautiful pizzas This involves maintaining product quality, portion control and ensuring all food is prepped and ready to go. In return, you can receive competitive hourly pay plus full training is provided. Our instore vacancies are for evenings and weekend work.

**Purpose of the Role**
- Deliver an exceptional service to our customers as a representative of Domino’s Pizza.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage the in store delivery system and any operational duties.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
- Ability to deal with customer queries and complaints effectively at all times
- Support the store in the general running and housekeeping.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Pro-active in planning and organising of time ensuring that orders are received by the customer within the specified time frame.
- Communicate effectively whilst on the road if a situation has occurred.
- General housekeeping during quiet periods.
- Pro-actively deals with customers complaints at pace and apologise for mistakes made.

**Essential Skills and Requirements**
- Good communication and hardworking
- Able to work over **evenings** and **weekends**:

- Previous Customer Service Experience (desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £4.81-£9.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- fast food/hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
