Wholesale Merchandising Assistant

Unique opportunity for an allocator or merch/wholesale admin assistant to join a high street womenswear brand. My client is a staple on the UK high street.
The Partnership Assistant will assist the merchandising and wholesale team in effectively pursuing and meeting sales targets in alignment with the trading strategy. Their responsibilities include managing product listings across various ecommerce partner accounts and optimising sales through strategic commercial planning and trading activities on these platforms.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate on weekly trade reporting, generating reports that spotlight top-selling items, category performance, and website trends to facilitate data-driven decisions for website enhancement and sales maximisation.
- Oversee all imagery and content information across partnership and wholesale platforms.
- Manage the entire product setup process, from initial uploading to ongoing maintenance on partner and wholesale websites, ensuring coordination with relevant teams to meet deadlines.
- Perform daily site checks to optimise product listing pages and ensure prominent display of relevant products.
- Assist in achieving weekly and monthly targets.
- Foster strong relationships with partners through regular trade calls to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Manage on-site copy and product attributes, supplying partners with completed attribute templates and necessary data.
- Aid in monitoring intake for partnerships and timely allocation of stock.
- Assist in updating order trackers with new orders and provide support with sizing and buy sheets.
- Pursue timely fulfilment of outstanding partnership orders to uphold the critical path.
- Establish and nurture close working relationships with key stakeholders across Product, Merchandising, Creative, and Warehouse teams.
- Report to the Senior Merchandiser and collaborate with the Assistant Merchandiser.
The Person:
- Some previous experience in head office retail or eCommerce.
- Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Diligent with a keen attention to detail and a track record of working with data.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of professional collaboration across departments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong sense of initiative.
- Demonstrates pride in their work and a commitment to excellence.
- Both proactive and reactive in approach.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Approachable and friendly demeanour, conducive to effective teamwork.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
