Creative & Advertising Specialist

**Main purpose of the job**
The Creative & Advertising Specialist will be responsible for creating adverts based on the trends and business requirements. The role is to increase quality and volume of students registrations, led generation and conversion rates. Responsibilities also include social media posting, promotion and reporting to improve awareness of Global Study UK in different channels. The Creative & Advertising Officer will also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency throughout the entire organisation, ensuring we remain recognisable and relevant.
**Duties and responsibilities**
Ø Developing original advertising and communications ideas that engage the target audience
Ø Understanding the context that lies behind a client’s business such as students and Universities and communications need,
Ø Responding positively to client and research feedback and continuing to develop the work until final approval stage
Ø High volume digital campaign set-up, management and optimization
Ø Analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data
Ø Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage advertising campaigns aligned with the company's objectives
Ø Oversee advertising budgets to ensure spending is optimised for maximum ROI
Ø Utilising graphic design software to create engaging visual content
Ø Producing many social media adverts, often several per day, including promotion of British higher education, our university partners, courses and GSUK events
Ø Producing other ad-hoc visual assets which will be used offline for brand promotion such as banners and flyers
Ø Working closely with the events, PR and marketing teams to develop future campaigns and improve student engagement
Ø Presenting ideas to CEO and Directors for approval and development, and writing copy through several stages of concepts and executions
