Our client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Valeter / Driver to join their business based out of their Bolton Dealership.
The Valeter / Driver is responsible for making sure that every car is valeted and prepared with the company's quality standards and process' are maintained. You are also required to take exceptional care when collecting or delivering a customer's loan car.
We are looking for someone who has a real passion for delivering excellent customer service and working towards company stands for a very reputable brand.
About the role of Valeter / Driver
- To carry out any valeting duties required on the car as deemed appropriate by your manager.
- To assist with customer vehicle collection and delivery when required.
- To record any complaints during collection/delivery and make sure that these are reported immediately.
- Making sure all customer vehicles are parked in the location required on site.
- To maintain excellent relationships with all staff and customers.
About you
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have a desire work for a reputable brand
- Thrive under pressure
- Have a friendly, positive, confident attitude towards customer service and sales.
