We are on the hunt for a Matter D /supervisor to join our team in St Andrews. We are looking for someone with amazing people skills, natural charisma and a passion for food and drink. But first of all, here is a little bit about us.

The restaurant showcases the best of land and sea. The menu constantly evolves, reflecting the seasons. Dean heroes our land and seas, producing a menu which showcases Scotland’s natural resources. This includes the very best local produce from Fife and beyond. Foraged seasonal produce is preserved to enjoy the fruits of Summer year-round. Each guest will enjoy a sensory experience like no other, which will leave a lasting memory.

This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

- To assist in the running of the business with the passion as though it was your own business
- Training of front of house team
- Controlling costs & driving sales growth
- Day to day runnings of business - open and closing of premises
- Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered.
- Managing service standards and staff development.

The person we are looking for:

- Experience in a similar role.
- A strong commercial awareness
- Knowledge of drinks; including wine, spirits, cocktails
- Knowledge of food; including allergens, food safety
- Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
- The ability to communicate at all levels

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

- Tips
