**What You’ll Do - Every Day is Different**

You’ll support residents with everyday tasks like:
Cooking and meal prep
Medication and appointment support
Budgeting and household management
Exploring the local community
Encouraging new hobbies and skills
Providing emotional support during tough times

**What We’re Looking For**

️ A warm, people-first attitude
️ Ideally, some experience in care or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification **OR**experience of caring for a loved one, family member or an individual with complex needs
️ Two references covering the past 3 years (and any previous roles supporting vulnerable adults)
️ An enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the cost)
