My client is a multi national organisation who specialise in business services and they are looking to bring some amazing new talent into their organisation. **The Role**:

- This role is part of the sales support function but also includes some project work. You'll be supporting the sales function of this large, well respected service business including managing and running sales and commissions reports, processing contracts,recording revenue and ad hoc admin for the sales support function.
- You will also work closely with the sales managers and sales teams to ensure they are being as effective as possible in terms of their use of systems and helping to streamline processes.
- The role will also include helping put together PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, booking delegates onto courses and arranging hotels and gathering feedback and collating the data received into reports for the senior management team
- You will also work closely with managers throughout the sales department to facilitate different projects, manage competitions, manage staffing lists to ensure they are up to date and a variety of ad hoc functions.
- Part of the role is also providing training and support to the sales team on admin functions. You'd also help create customers on the CRM system, process credit checks and other business critical admin functions.
- Based from the office in West Bromwich 4 days a week with the option to work from home on 1 day. You'll be part of a growing team and will play a key part in bringing new ideas to ensure there is a market leading sales support function

**The Person**:

- We're looking for someone who is an innovative thinker and can bring ideas and look at different ways of doing things to improve sales support processes
- You might come from a project co-ordination background or be a forward thinking sales support administrator. Ideally experience working in a larger, corporate style organisation would help but this isn't essential.
- It's really important that you have strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills as you'll be engaging with a broad range of people within the business to bring information together in one place.
- Strong MS office experience is essential, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel as you will be producing presentations and creating spreadsheets regularly.
- Overall we're looking for someone self motivated, determined to succeed and with great attention to detail.

**The Package**:

- A basic salary of circa £24,000 is offered
