Training will be given but here are some of the things you'll be getting up to:

- The store supervisor is responsible for goods in good condition and documenting all purchases as approved by the Purchase Order System ensuring receipt, storage, and issue of the documented and transparent records kept and any discrepancies highlighted to departmental managers in a timely fashion.
- The Stores Supervisor must always work closely and effectively with all departmental managers to ensure effective communication and goods transfer.
- Ensure that the Purchase Order System is adhered to with required signatures and all deviations reported to the Accounts Manager & Senior Accounts Administrator where compliance is breached or in doubt.
- Ensure there are sufficient expendable operating supplies for each department by conducting regular inventories with store stock holding and line managers.
- Ensure all shipments and deliveries match the delivery manifest and indeed a manifest is created with the assistance of departmental managers to ensure we are aware of stocks arriving.
- Banking for the previous business day to be completed and any discrepancies investigated along with the Accounts Manager or Senior Accounts Administrator, reported and resolved where possible.
