Administration Clerk

1. Preparing, organising and storing of information in paper and digital format.

2. Answer telephone enquires.

3. Advertising skills.

4. Social Media input.

5. Imputing of Data to software programme.

7. Preparing the fitters work load for the next day.

8. Cash handling.

9. Moving and handling of stock and deliveries.

10. Dealing with customer orders face to face.

11. Greeting visitors and customers at reception.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience in an office and admin role.

2. Strong organisational Skills.

3. Good communication Skills.

4. Dealing with sales and customers.

5. Ability to multi task and work under pressure.

6. Presentation skills and attention to detail.

7. The ability to plan your own work load and prioritise tasks.

8. Oral and written and communication.

9. A pleasant, confident telephone manner.

10. Team work ability.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
