**Field Sales Executive - OTE £32,000 plus Car Allowance and Benefits**
Our client is an established waste management business based in the Yorkshire area. They are currently recruiting an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive sales throughout the Yorkshire area.
**Field Sales Executive - Role Purpose**
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing industry sector that is rapidly developing and requires a skilled field sales individual to assist in its growth. Key responsibilities will be to develop sales from within a designated territory. Identifying,sourcing and prospecting suitable target accounts. Selling a full waste management range of services including RCV, REL, Hooks & Skips etc throughout Yorkshire.
**Field Sales Executive - Knowledge & Skills**
- Background in B2B field sales and account management.
- Previous B2B sales experience along with evidence of exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly targets is imperative.
- Have strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport and develop strong client relationships.
- Comfortable cold calling in a field sales capacity which maintaining and developing existing working relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and IT skills (use of a CRM system).
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, being self-motivated and able to use own initiative under mínimal supervision.
