**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a safe, effective and efficient site and operation, whilst ensuring the client and all visitors have an enjoyable experience whilst on site.
- Assist the division by arranging cover for absences where needed.
- Assist the division in case of emergencies.
- Assist the division by providing adequate training where needed and look for ways to improve productivity.
- Assist, coach and train your cleaners to improve overall standard of work and efficiency.
- Assist the division by supporting your manager where needed.
- Ensure the site and the site's facilities are maintained to a high level of cleanliness and appearance to comply with the Company’s standards and the Health and Safety policy.
- Maintain effective and friendly working relationships with colleagues to promote a positive working environment.
- Ensure all team members comply with the Time and Attendance system.
- Keep the Time and Attendance system up to date and accurate.
- Carry out routine checks and quality audits
- Order cleaning materials and consumables
- Be prepared to undertake all reasonable tasks required to ensure consistent running of the site.

- Keen eye for detail.
- Good communicator and problem solver.
- Cleaning experience within the hospitality sector will be a plus

**Salary**:

- **Up to £30k (depending on experience) + bonus per year**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Hospitality Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
- team supervision: 1 year (preferred)
