**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Document Management - creating and maintaining shared drive to maintain sales records, prepare reports and upload accordingly
- Sales team support - dealing with and assigning incoming queries, complete required supplier information
- Diary Management - coordinating diary appointments, liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Answer incoming calls and direct accordingly
- Posting of equipment, reports and drawings to team members.
- Keep sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department
- Assisting the Management Team with administrative tasks
- Requesting permits from end clients
- Quotations
- Completing and auditing outgoing remedial reports.
- Requesting approval for risk and method statements
- Customer Portal Management
- Carrying out further administrational tasks as required
**Skills**
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling incoming calls professionally
- Experience with office 365
- Strong clerical and organisational skills
- Familiarity with office procedures
- Efficient in data entry using computerised systems
- Ability to type accurately and quickly
- Administrative skills to support daily office operations
Competitive Salary
