**Job Title: After Sales Support Executive**

**Salary: £24,000 - £26,000**

**Location: Marlow**

Our client is looking for someone with excellent customer services skills to work in their After Sales team. You will be taking calls from businesses and consumers who have problems with their product. You will have knowledge of support customers with faultyproducts, talking through options with them, trying to repair through instruction first, if unable to repair you will work with the customer to organise repairs/exchange. You will have knowledge of the warranty process and understand consumer law. This isa busy and complex role, you will need to be able to maintain excellent records of your contact with customers and service centres, be helpful and quick to build a technical knowledge of the products.
