**IT SUPPORT**
We are a family-owned business that has operated in Hampshire for over 50 years as a manufacturer and distributor of decorative lighting.
The business has grown extensively over the last 10 years and now has become an internationally renowned company supplying beautiful lighting products to over 50 different countries.
Our constantly evolving and expanding IT department requires additional support, leading to the recruitment of In-House IT Support.
You will be required to gain a basic understanding of all parts of the business and your visibility and presence across the business will be critical to gaining the confidence of your colleagues. This role is office based.
**Core skills:
- Ideally a Level 3 in Computing or Higher
- 3 A-levels - or Equivalent
- Operational Knowledge
- Experience in Office 365 Applications
- Understanding of Backend Website Functionality
- Experience in the following:
Windows 10
Active Directory
Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP, IP)
Remote Access Tools
Computer configuration setup
- 1st Line support experience
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn on the job when required.
- ERP experience
**Key tasks:
- To gain an understanding of our current ERP System Epicor and the benefits it is currently providing across the different departments in the company.
- Support members of staff when required and help train and develop their knowledge of Epicor.
- Work alongside the IT supervisor on agreed projects, to deliver on time and in budget across all areas of the company.
- Document your processes whilst working through projects in order to maintain a knowledge base for your work colleagues.
- To be able to provide help when required on the company’s website to be able to work alongside the Digital graphics designed when required.
- As required assist with support to IT systems, process and functionality developing relationships with key stakeholders in these multi-national businesses.
- To perform maintenance on the servers when required.
- Provide telephone and ticketing support for internal users.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required by the business.
**OTHER INFORMATION
**Employment type: **Full-time position, reporting to the IT Supervisor
**Days & hours of work: **Currently Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (40 hours paid)

28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays (pro rata to start date).
Statutory pension scheme enrolment upon successful completion of probationary period.
