- Cup Shop (Operatives, Labourer, Cup Handler, Cup Maker)
- Flat Shop (Operatives, Spongers, Makers)**:

- rotating shifts**:

- Kilns (Operatives - shift work, night work, Fireman - 4 on/ 4 off)
- Biscuit Warehouse (Vibro Operative, Backstamper)

**Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday working. Working hours are either 'core days', with start times between 7:00am and 8:00am depending on the role or rotating shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)
