**Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, IT, R&D**

A Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager is required to join a leading Scientific R&D organisation, based-in Oxford. The successful Project Manager / Programme Manager will be joining a highly technical organisation, working on large-scale and varied corporateIT projects. Whilst this organisation is based-in Oxford, the successful Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager will have the benefit of flexible working with the possibility of remote working up to 3/4 days per week

**The Role**

As the successful Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager, you will join this dynamic team in-order to help develop, maintain & report on global IT projects; crucial to business success.You will work with a highly technical team as well as a range ofstakeholders of all levels, taking accountability for key accounts & pushing the wider PMO function forward.

**What’s Required?**
- A degree in a related field i.e. IT or business, or relevant training experience
- Strong experience as a Project / Programme Manager - with a focus on IT projects
- Excellent experience of stakeholder management and an ability to build strong relationships
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment working to everchanging priorities
