Video Editor

We’re on the hunt for a talented and experienced **Video Editor** to join our fast-paced, in-house team. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging, high-quality video content across a range of styles and platforms—from social media adverts and promotional videos to lifestyle edits and short-form branded stories.

This role is **dedicated to post-production**. We're looking for someone who can take raw footage and shape it into eye-catching, scroll-stopping content that captures attention and converts.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Editing a wide range of content, including:

- Social media ads
- Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
- Branded content and lifestyle promos
- Behind-the-scenes and short documentary-style videos
- Working closely with the production and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life
- Colour grading in **DaVinci Resolve**:

- Creating titles, transitions, and light motion graphics in **After Effects**:

- Syncing with voiceovers, music, and sound design for polished final delivery
- Managing and organising media assets efficiently
- Delivering high-quality edits under tight deadlines

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **2-3 years of professional video editing experience**:

- Proficiency in:

- **Adobe Premiere Pro**:

- **After Effects**:

- **DaVinci Resolve**:

- Strong sense of narrative, timing, and pacing
- Experience editing **vertical video for social media** (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- A keen eye for detail and visual storytelling
- Experience with both short-form and long-form content
- A strong **editing reel or portfolio** showcasing recent work
- Fluent in English

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Sound design and audio mixing
- Graphic design fundamentals (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of social media marketing strategies and audience behaviour
- Input on storyboarding or narrative structure

**Essential Criteria**
- Must provide access to a **showreel** or examples of previous editing work
- Must have the **right to work in the UK**:

- Must be willing and able to **work on-site (just south of Newry, County Down)**:

- **Full UK driving licence** and access to a vehicle for commuting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
