We are now recruiting for a **Booking Agent** to join our Allied Autocare Mobile team. You will organise and operate the customer service function, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained through proactive and reactive vehicle service bookings.

Main duties of the role are:

- Organise and process yearly vehicle service appointments in order to meet KPIs
- Execute outbound calls to manage and book fleet services and new customer bookings
- To ensure that Service customers receive prompt, courteous and effective repair of their vehicles
- To liaise with the Mobile Technician regarding the most effective way of carrying out the work required
- To ensure all work is correctly invoiced and payment received, handling customer queries courteously and within company policy
- Maintain accurate customer records and invoices to ensure efficiency within the department

To be effective in this role, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be IT competent and have previous Service Centre experience. Previous knowledge of using Kerridge and 1link would be advantageous but is not essential.

Hours of work are **Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm **and the salary is **£20,800 PA + bonus.**
