**At Sally Europe, we are now seeking a UK Key Accounts Sales Manager to join our direct sales team. This role will be field based, with the occasional travel to the Aylesbury office.**
**About the role **
Our UK Key Accounts Sales Manager will be accountable for growing the sales and profit of the Sally Europe UK Key Accounts business, meeting its sales plan and supporting the overall business strategy.
**Key Responsibilities **
- Set targets and create an annual plan for Key Accounts to achieve these targets
- Implement a management and reporting framework to plan and monitor performance across the whole Key Accounts team
- Develop a close working relationship with other sales functions within the Sally Europe business
- Lead and organise a team of Key Account sales professionals to deliver all Key Accounts objectives
- Create a development plan for the team and individuals to enable them to grow in capability
- Continually challenge ways of working to improve efficiency on all processes across the business supporting Key Accounts
