**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
- Support match nights, social events and club activities
- Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch
- side
- Keep the venue safe, clean and well
- organised
- Help run leagues and pith bookings smoothly
- Work closely with your team to deliver **exceptional customer service**

**What You Bring to the Squad**:

- A people
- person with great communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
- Flexible availability, including **early mornings, evenings, or weekends**:

- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
- Previous experience in customer service - hospitality, leisure or sport is great - but not essential
- And let’s face it — you’ve got a **passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious**.
