We are looking for experienced Team Leaders who know how to be great team players and have a real passion to create an amazing guest experience.

- _Support, coach and mentor your team_
- _Support the management team and work together to create and deliver your vision_
- _Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the manager’s absence_
- _Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests_

**To be considered for this position you must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol.**

Venues is the party animal of Stonegate Group. From iconic nightclubs such as Ark or Rosies to our fantastic LGBTQ+ bars across the UK or Latin London venues to retro-tastic clubs, there is quite literally something for everyone Our Venues team lives and breathes the electric atmosphere with our famous tours, events and get-up-and-dance music policy. We’re looking for the people who’d be the first on the dancefloor, so if that sounds like you, we want to hear from you. Fever & Boutique Barnstaple has two rooms comes meaning we come with twice the fun Open three nights per week until late with a great mix of students and party goers. We really knows how to deliver a great night out, not forgetting the best VIP experience on the high street in our VIP booths delivered by or dedicated VIP Team. We deliver the best guest experience whist having all the fun at the same time
