JOB INFORMATION - Air Conditioning Project Manager / HVAC project Manager
- As a Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Manager the role will involve working under the Managing Director and Small Works Manager to ensure that project designs are concise and accurately reflect the customer's requirements,
- You will provide oversight on programming, budget control and health and safety to established site teams. Due to the nature of the role strong administration skills are also a must.
- Overall responsibility for the estimation of new contracts, working with manufacturers and tendering accordingly
- NEC contract knowledge would be advantageous
- Project managing mechanical installations to the value of £50k - £150k from inception to completion, including estimating new projects. Overseeing up to 3/4 installs at one time for replacement are con systems, heating/boiler upgrades, and new systems

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Air Conditioning Project Manager / HVAC project Manager
- Recognised industry qualifications including degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, commercial heating acs, air conditioning city and guilds
- Experience of working within a similar role as a HVAC/mechanical project manager with demonstrable experience of overseeing multiple contracts at any one time.
- You must be proficient with MS Office packages including Excel and have experience of using AutoCAD package.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- The ability to work to deadlines and meet targets, excellent commercial acumen is essential, as are strong leadership skills.
