**Essential Qualifications**:
To join our team, you must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. You should also have a clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, which we will facilitate, along with the legal right to work and live in the UK. Proficiency in English for effective communication and the ability to provide references for the last 5 years are also required.
**Role Overview**:
As a Home Care Assistant, you will deliver personalized care and support to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities include assisting with personal care, managing household tasks, and promoting mental and physical well-being through engaging activities. Your goal is to respect and uphold the dignity and independence of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Your daily tasks will involve:
- Assisting with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Managing household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Engaging clients in activities that promote their mental and physical well-being.
- Administering medication and maintaining detailed care records.
- Ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory standards.
