We are seeking an experienced internal communications manager to join our busy and dynamic Internal Communications team.

**The Role**

Line managed and supported by the highly collaborative, central Internal Communications team you will report directly to the Managing Director of the Academic business, developing a close Business Partnering relationship to anticipate and meet the needs of the internal Academic audience.

This is an exciting time for Academic as it innovates on new products and services for the Higher Education and Research sectors and you will be working closely with engagement specialists across the organisation to support the ongoing change programme.

Focussing on delivering the Academic Vision and working closely with the Academic Board, you will also manage day to day communications channels, developing the Academic voice internally and providing the key information needed to support colleagues in their roles.

**About you**

We are looking for a strong team player with a proven track record of working both collaboratively and independently to deliver required results.

You will be skilled and experienced in creating strategic, internal communications plans, taking responsibility for the delivery all internal comms outputs including online events in collaboration with key stakeholders.

You will have a strong knowledge of a wide range of communications platforms, channels and metrics, using innovation and creativity to find new and engaging ways to reach our audiences.

You will have a proven track record in working within a busy internal communications team across multi-cultural/international audiences and will have excellent spoken, written and presentation communications skills.
