**Role Overview**:
As Digital Implementation Specialist you will play a key role in enabling Bupa websites and apps to meet the needs of target audiences and deliver on goals. You will ensure that the global portfolio is maintained and optimised by working in content management systems to execute content updates, AB tests & personalisation campaigns.

**What you’ll do**:

- Closely collaborate with colleagues across regional marketing, content, product and customer experience to understand website and app objectives and define action plans
- Plan and execute personalisation campaigns across web and app platforms
- Produce and monitor landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Work alongside Customer Experience team to analyse customer feedback, recommend and implement improvements to web & app experiences
- Carry out regular audits of site content
- Ensure web content is appropriately tagged and with correct metadata
- Work with the development teams on releases, assisting with testing as the release moves through environments
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within Digital, IT, Marketing, Product and other relevant areas

**What you’ll bring**:

- Demonstrate practical experience building A/B tests & personalisation campaigns
- Have working knowledge of using a CMS - ideally Sitecore
- Experience of working with marketing automation (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience working with HTML/CSS
- Have the ability to write JavaScript
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise changing workload while working to tight deadlines
- Experience of working with copy clearance and or compliance processes for content production
