**Package**: £20,000 - £26,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£45K OTE Year 1)

Our client is now looking for sales professionals and graduates to join their hugely successful team

**The Role**
- Use sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract clients
- Arranging interviews
- Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants
- Client meetings
- Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
- Create and implement recruiting strategies

**Requirements**:

- Recent degree from University or sales experience (B2B sales, Estate Agency, Telesales etc)
- Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
- Financially and success driven
- Great communication skills
- Resilient, hardworking, and persuasive
