We are currently seeking to recruit a **Receptionist Administrator** who will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional reception service and administration duties related to the role, as well as administration support to the company and across the administration team as required.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide an efficient and professional reception service to visitors, customers and employees.
- The efficient operation of the switchboard; answering and dealing with calls promptly and ensuring where required these are routed to the correct destination.
- Sort and deliver internal mail and deliveries, as well as dealing with all external mail and utilising and arranging the appropriate method of courier.
- Monitor and action as required, the maintenance of all post related equipment.
- Manage, co-ordinate and distribute the weekly movement record for all UK sites.
- Ordering of stationery and print for both Ossett and Corby sites.
- Arranging car hire for NWF personnel.
- Managing and allocating company pool cars for Ossett employees.
- Booking of taxis for NWF employees and visitors, as required.
- Booking, managing and maintaining meeting rooms.
- Booking buffets for onsite meetings and verifying invoices.
- Ordering corporate clothing for NWF personnel.
- Sourcing and ordering new office furniture as required.
- Raising purchase orders as required.
- Assisting with site Health and Safety compliance fire alarm testing.
- Liaising with account holders to assist with customer visits and distributing visit briefs accordingly.
- Arranging the secure disposal of confidential material as required.
- Cross-functional administration duties as required to support with holidays and absences across the administration team.
**Person Specification**
- Telephone/reception experience.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Strong organisations skills.
- Ability to liaise with a wide range of people.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Proficient with Microsoft packages i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook.
**Hours of work**
This position is Monday to Friday working 22.5 hours per week, hours can be flexible as long as lunch time hours are covered.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
