We are currently working in partnership with one of the UK's leading forward thinking utility companies. They are currently working on high volume projects throughout the East Midlands and Warwickshire and are looking for an experienced Contract Managerto join them on the journey

**Salary to £65k | Company Car or Allowance | Annual Bonus | Pension | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays**

**_Key Essentials:_**
- Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Managers and Supervisors working on turnkey high volume utility projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered within budget and tight time constraints, providing regular reports to the client. This will include overseeing a P&L
- Programming of work in a fast paced environment; ensuring that this is updated in real time with reguar updates to the client and director
- Managing KPI’s and production of staff
- Responsibility for the procurement and allocation of labour, plant and materials
- Driven by achieving results and targets and be customer focused
- You will be a key contact in liaising with the client whilst conducting regular progress meetings

**_Requirements:_**:

- Management experience at a senior level working in the utilities industry
- Previous experience overseeing high volume utility works
- Commercial understanding with the ability to manage a P&L
