**PERSONAL INJURY AND COURT OF PROTECTION ADVISER**

My client is looking for Personal Injury and Court of Protection (PICOP) advisers who thrive on making a positive impact on people’s lives. You may be an existing Personal Injury adviser, a 'traditional’ financial adviser looking for a new challenge or aparaplanner working within a PICOP team who is looking for your next step, or perhaps you have worked in a legal environment and are now equipped with your Diploma in Financial Advice and ready to make a career move.

**THE ROLE**

You will provide holistic Independent Financial Advice to individuals, trustees and deputies in relation to personal injury and clinical negligence cases.

You will work closely with an experienced and hugely talented team of PICOP advisers, alongside our professional development and training team, to further enhance your skills enabling you to become a successful adviser.

Your clients are individuals who have faced some exceptionally challenging, often catastrophic, experiences which have impacted their lives significantly. Not only do we require knowledgeable individuals to join the team but also those who shows compassion,empathy and confidentiality at all times and who are focused on ensuring that their clients’ financial futures are secured.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with Senior Advisers and paraplanners with the following tasks
- Investment Research and analysis
- Preparation of investment planning reports/annual needs schedules/income schedules/Payment feasibility reports
- Arranging client review reports
- Responding to queries from clients, deputies and professional partners
- Undertake regular fact-finding, presentations and service review meetings with clients
- Strive to recognise new business opportunities and assist with the organisation of industry relevant events
- Follow up on all enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure ongoing continuous professional development
- Always putting your clients first

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- Diploma Level 4 qualified as a minimum
- Working towards the relevant Trust Qualifications (CII J02 or equivalent)
- Proven track record working within a PICOP team or keen to develop knowledge and experience in this arena
