**What will you do**
- Integrate a suite of CRM with existing infrastructure.
- Work with Professional Services to understand, analyse and implement product requirements.
- Follow proven design patterns with clean readable code, and proper component design (generating the lowest possible technical debt).
- Develop solutions by analysing information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development life cycle.
- Produce high-quality software on schedule.
- Extend and optimise current software architecture.
- Participate in design and code reviews regularly.
- Update professional knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating inprofessional organisations.
- Explore, understand and advise redk on new software design and architecture.
- Adhere to guidance and instructions set by Engineering relating to all projects.
- Document and communicate feedback to Engineering to ensure continuous improvement.

**Knowledge and experience needed**
- Having a BSC in Computer Science or any Engineering is important, but we will value equally your work experience in the field.
- At least three (3) years demonstrable software design and development experience.
- You are eager to learn and to share your experience with your team.
- At least two years experience with modern JavaScript libraries like backbone.js, node.js, react.js.
- Experience with Relational Databases (e.g. Mysql, Microsoft SQL Server).
- Experience with Amazon Web Services or Serverless infrastructures is a plus.
- Feels comfortable using Unix command line (e.g. Mac OS, Linux).
- Good understanding of web services and related standards like REST/JSON.
- Hands on experience with web services and software troubleshooting within an integrated development environment.
- Experience in object-oriented programming and concepts.
- You have solid foundations of Computer Science fundamentals and when to use them: data structures, algorithms, design patterns, databases, operating systems, and debugging.
- You not only care about writing code with quality that follow high standard design patterns, but you are also proud of that.
- Working experience with Git and following the Gitflow workflow.
- Background working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, flexibility, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
