An exciting opportunity to work for an International company bringing the UK Gigabit Full Fibre to The Premises Broadband.

Lila Connect are recruiting a Finance Project Controller; a key member of the finance team, reporting to the UK Finance Manager.

You will create and maintain a project's cost schedule, analyse progress reported against budgets and collate a solid forecast. Be responsible for collating the financial data and status of the project and support project management with updating the plan.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Produce monthly financial reporting on project Key Performance Indicators comparing Actuals against Budget and Forecast
- Work alongside your projects to ensure on time financial milestone achievement & ensure the necessary process is followed.
- Analysis of project actual costs and correction of mis-bookings.
- Key subcontractor financial milestone reporting
- Mobilising new project financial controls (e.g. setting up new trackers and reports) to meet the contractual terms and conditions of projects.
- Supporting change control throughout the project life-cycle. Ensure that the impacts of any project changes e.g. scope, schedule, etc. are properly controlled.
- Prepare data and reports to timescales in a format required by line management
- Support the consolidation of the overall program financials.
- Participate in Project Control team process improvement activities.
- Respond to adhoc requests and contribute to future process innovations.
- Strong Excel Skills - you have a good working knowledge of Excel and can manipulate data using formulae and pivot tables.
- Good attention to detail; high level of accuracy.
- Reviewing data and information to identify key points.
- Problem solving skills - you identify potential problems and propose a range of solutions, recognising the pros and cons of implementing each.
- Confidence working independently, using own initiative, and managing own workload; also enjoying working as part of a team.
- Engaging with clients and suppliers and/or representatives to provide day-to-day information as required.
- Building relationships with colleagues at all levels in a business environment.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
