An absolutely fantastic opportunity to join one of Hampshire's success stories Sheridan Maine are delighted to partner with this rapidly growing South Coast based organisation to support their continued development with the recruitment of this Key Directorlevel opportunity within their Private Equity Fund Management/Administration team. You will be a key member of the UK Senior Leadership Team helping to drive the agenda in terms of strategic initiatives and the customer proposition.
The Director will report to the Jurisdictional Head of the UK Function and will play a pivotal role in the delivery of Fund services to a range of Direct and Indirect clients. Working closely with a peer Director, with extensive company experience, and directlymanaging a small team of 3 Associate Directors you oversee a Private Equity team that has grown to over 100 staff within 10 years Key oversight will include:

- Acting as the tactical lead on strategic change initiatives for clients and supporting teams to implement requisite operational changes to the business model
- Maximising client opportunities and implementing plans to enhance financial performance
- Ensuring the business is compliant and adhering to any regulatory requirements whilst maintaining excellent client relationships, through undertaking regular reviews, with a keen focus on business development and leading new client proposals and pitches
- Providing effective leadership, through direct reporting lines, to drive an environment of continuous improvement and to generate a positive and inclusive working environment where the team can prosper
You are likely to be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) although other qualifications would definitely be considered such as ICSA or similar. Key will be Senior Management at Associate or Director level within a fund administration or potentially asset managementorientated environment and a proven experience of developing relationships with clients. The ability to communicate and influence at all levels of an organisation is key.
