**Service Delivery Van Driver - Dagenham - £24,960 p.a. + benefits. As part of a two-person delivery team our Driver's will be required to assist with deliveries and may be required to help to assemble the products at our customers homes.**:

**The Role**:
As a Bensons for Beds Service Delivery Van Driver you will be delivering our beds and bedroom furniture to our customers from our Dagenham DC.

Your key responsibilities as a Service Delivery Van Driver will include:

- Complete your deliveries on time, to schedule and most importantly ensuring your customers are left happy.
- Be friendly and helpful throughout.
- Keep your customer informed by calling ahead.
- Deliver and assemble furniture.
- Support an environment and culture within Bensons for Beds where the Customer is firmly at the centre of everything that we do.
- Monitor the vehicle for roadworthiness and report any defects.

**The Skills & Licence requirements**:

- Valid driver’s licence
- Previous commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items of furniture with manual handling experience
- Desirable experience of using a PDA
- Please note that for insurance purposes you should be aged 18 years or over.
