**We’re Hiring** Our solar energy company is growing really fast, so we’re now looking to expand our Head Office team.
Installing as many systems as we do day-by-day, unfortunately, issues can arise. The Complains Handler will be tasked with tracking all these issues and managing them to completion, ensuring a happy and satisfied customer every time.
Don’t worry - you don’t need any prior experience, as full training will be provided.

**The Role**
You will manage all incoming customer enquiries from the time it is logged until we have a satisfied customer upon conclusion of the matter. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience dealing with customer issues and skills in conflict resolution.
**Duties**:
- Manage all customer issues through to a satisfactory conclusion
- Liaise with installers to understand issues in greater detail and organise return visits wherever necessary
- Ordering parts and materials where required
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving all issues as swiftly and effectively as you can
- Keep logs of all issues to create a live report at all times so the whole team has visibility over the status of any complaint
**Requirements**:
- You will have experience working in an office-based position providing customer service and resolving customer enquiries
- Experience working with an external work force where you have had to plan and prioritise the diaries of others
- Ideally you will be trained in conflict resolution at multiple levels - But training can be provided on this
- You must have experience of being able to organise and prioritise your own workload independently

**The Skills**
At Solar Fast, we value experience and the willingness to learn - you don’t need a master’s degree to work here. You just need the following skills:
- Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Computer Proficiency
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent use of the English language (written & spoken)
- Good telephone etiquette

**Where’s The Office?**

**What’s The Work Schedule?**
The work schedule is the usual Mon-Fri (9-5). We believe in family 1st at Solar Fast and we can discuss flexibility around childcare and other commitments.
