We are currently seeking a qualified nursery practitioner to join our team in nurseries situated throughout Gloucestershire. As a qualified nursery practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in a safe and stimulating environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and delivering activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children
- Observing and assessing children's development, and using this to plan next steps
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensuring the nursery environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Following policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
- Maintaining accurate records of children's development and progress

**Requirements**:

- A level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
- Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

**Working with Long-term Teachers**:
