To support our ambitious growth plans an incredible opportunity has arisen. We are looking for an analytically minded and a super organised Demand Planner. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll forecast product demand to ensure appropriate stock levels to maximise sales. Working closely with our suppliers and freight forwarders, you'll ensure that orders are delivered on time.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Forecasting product demand.
- Raising purchase orders on continuous stock lines.
- Liaising with factories on a weekly basis to ensure orders are running on time and any issues that arise are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Planning and organising internal stock transfers between our warehouses to ensure the right stock is in the right location at the right time.
- Working with our sales and marketing departments to facilitate future promotions and special offers
- Assisting with logistics to arrange container shipments
- Identifying under performing products and working with other teams to increase overall sales performance
**Skills**:

- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent IT skills especially Excel
- Superb attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate

**Working hours**:Full time, Monday to Friday (37.5hrs per week).

You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.
