- **37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am-8pm (with weekend requirements & on -call)

**Job Description
We are looking for a Senior 1 Radiographer to cover rotations in CT scanning and General X-ray to join the team at The Lister Hospital. The successful potholder will be responsible for delivering a high standard of diagnostic imaging to all service users,ensuring clinical safety and facilitating a high standard of patient care.

This position is equivalent to a NHS band 7.

**Duties and responsibilities
- Skilfully provide accurate diagnostic imaging services by operating Imaging equipment in accordance with operational procedures and ensuring routine quality assurance procedures are carried out.
- Ensure all equipment faults and malfunctions are recorded and reported to the correct parties.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to maximise clinical efficiency.
- To rotate between areas as required.
- Assist in staff orientation and training.
- Accept and perform non-radiographic duties that are intrinsic to the day to day running of the department, e.g. make appointments, answer the telephone and perform office duties.

**Skills and Experience**
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent
- Diploma of the Society of Radiographers’ (or above)
- HCPC registered
- Experience in CT and General X-ray
- MRI training can be provided later down the line

**About the Facility
The Lister Hospital and its outpatient centres are located in the heart of Chelsea, and have consistently provided care and treatment in London for over 30 years. We offer access to leading consultants from London's top teaching hospitals and contemporarytreatment, with several highly specialised units including fertility, gastroenterology medicine and orthopaedics and surgery. With 60 beds across three floors, we offer a specialised service, bespoke to our patient’s needs. Our six-bed critical care unit providesdedicated specialised care to seriously ill patients with a range of surgical or medical conditions. In addition to this we have a 13 bedded acute medical unit.
