Driver Hire is looking to recruit an experienced Van Driver for a client based near Woking. On the border of West Byfleet. £25,000 salary.
Our client operates an enterprise supplying and delivering heating and dehumidifying equipment to construction projects.
Growing company, but currently only 4 employees at this site. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the team, and happy to take on plenty of responsibility.
Some days will be based sorting deliveries and product in the warehouse. Other days you will start early and may be delivering to Liverpool. So you’ll never be bored
**Benefits, Hours and Pay of the Van Driver**:
- Monday to Friday
- Typically 7.30am to 5pm
- £25,000 per annum after a short probationary period
- Plus 28 days holiday per annum
**Responsibilities of the Van Driver**:
- Loading / Unloading deliveries
- General stores and warehouse help
- Stock Monitoring
- Tidying up stock in the yard
- Delivery driving around the UK in a Luton style van
- Daily vehicle safety inspections
**Requirements of the Van Driver**:
- Previous delivery experience
- Full Cat B, UK Driving licence
- Verifiable references
- Flexible attitude with a “can do” mentality
