It's an **exciting** time to join Auxillis, with our home in Redmond House **having undergone extensive renovations** to ensure it continues to be a fantastic place to be.Joining us as a **Customer Service Advisor** or a **Claims Negotiator** in our front-line teams, you will be at the heart of our business and, whichever department you join, every day will present a wide variety of customers and contacts, each with their own unique needs.

As an Advisor, you will primarily handle a range of inbound and expected outbound calls with customers who have often just been involved in a accident (frequently from the roadside). In our Claims Negotiator role, you'll be working business-to-business withthird party insurance companies to settle claims in which we have supported a customer through.
