In line with National Standards of Cleanliness provide a safe, hygienic
environment for patients and staff
To communicate effectively with patients, work colleagues and visitors
throughout the process of delivery of the service and at all times respecting dignity and confidentiality.
To carry out all designated cleaning duties in safe manner using only equipment and materials provided by the department. Compliance with policies and procedures
Completion of mandatory training and relevant departmental training.
Uses own initiative when carrying out duties on wards and departments to ensure service is provided and standards are met.
AGH Solutions was born out of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, a hospital and community services trust based outside Keighley, West Yorkshire.
We are privileged to operate in a beautiful part of the country. The clinical services we support reach far up into the Yorkshire Dales, across the Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven patch. We are also lucky to have excellent transport links to Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and beyond. Leeds city centre is 25 minutes by train from Keighley.
We provide a wide range of services, from traditional facilities management and estate maintenance, to sterile services, wheelchair engineering and procurement.

Completion of work records
Work completed in line with schedules and timescales
Reports any adverse event to line manager and completes on line form
Patient satisfaction surveys show no incidents \concerns regarding service
No issues raised via PALS
