**The role**:

- Welcoming pet owners and their pets into the clinic
- Taking payments
- Updating client records on our IT system
- Supporting the rest of the team with admin tasks
- Cleaning duties

**Experience and skills**:

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team player
- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 year working in customer service (preferably at a veterinary practice, but not essential)
- Enjoy working with animals
